My account is currently being used by Chinese hackers.

I logged in this morning to my plus account and all my conversations have been deleted and there was only one conversation and it is in chinese. Someone seems to have accessed my account. Since it is almost impossible to reach support quickly, how do i have all my sessions logged out after i change my password?
