Hi folks, curious if anyone's encountered this before. I havent used GPT-4 at all today, but its already saying i've hit the usage cap and is preventing me from using it. This same thing happened yesterday morning as well. I know that if i wait 3 hours it will let me use it, but that's not what im paying for. I did message support, but it sounds like the turnaround on those tickets is pretty long.

This has been continuing all day, i am unable to use the service that im paying for. The lack of response is frustrating. Even after waiting for 4 hours i send one chat through to GPT-4 and receive the usage cap message.
