I'm not able to select Google play balance for subscription in chatgpt android app even sufficient balance is present. When selected the payment option doesn't change. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Hi @primal basin, it's possible that after taxes, the total price may be larger than your total Google Play balance. If you try to advance with one of the other payment methods, can you see the total (before confirming payment)? Is the total price shown less than your Google Play balance?

Thank you @timber rock for your response. The payment amount remains same for irrespective of the payment method selected. What I have noted is that the same issue can be observed with any app which sells a monthly subscription. The two apps I tested to purchase monthly subscription using Google play balance are reddit premium monthly and discord nitro monthly subscription.
