There must be some risk management problems since I have suffered once a easy pass verification code after I login my Android ChatGPT app and use my web app.

After I login my Android Phone ChatGPT, I have suffered once very hard verification code. But this time it is too hard and I failed many times since it require 10 questions correct.
I would like to ask your risk management team to notice why I am using same IP and same account so that I have to suffer this?
Please help me remove the verification code and let me use it.
