A) Hello, I’m unable to use ChatGPT on all browsers for both my MacBook Pro and desktop Mac. When I try to view my chat history, I see the message: “Unable to load history. Retry.”
B) Additionally, I don’t have the option to choose between GPT-4.0 and GPT-3.5.
C) Whenever I type anything into the chat, I receive the message: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
D) Above my email, the message reads “Upgrade to Plus, NEW”, even though I am already a Plus member.
The platform works fine on my Windows and iOS devices.
