Weird Error that happened for the past few months.

For over the past few months I have not been able to access chatgpt and every time i enter or ask a question or just to ask it to help me write or generate a prompt that might help explain something better to me it comes up with the error in the photo. Ive been trying to use it over summer break and before that and the only way it works is playground and on my cellular devices. My Phone is pretty out dated so i cant download the app there, so i can only technically use it on my drawing tablet. (a tablet that i only technically use for drawing).

Can you please:

1. Disable any vpn
2. Cleare your cookies
3. If dosen't work: try on incognito
4. If it dosen't work: try on firefox + incognito
5. Try oon mobile data

I don't get where your bug occurs. On your computer? Or on your phone? Or on your drawing tablet?

im currently trying them, i dissabled my vpn and i just cleared my cookies

i have tried the first 4 steps (replaced firefox with bing, i dont have firefox) and its still not working

well replacing firefox with bing is not viable since most browsers are chromium based including bing, but not firefox. Also, disabel any adblocker you might have / put it on pause and also pause avast security.
