I don't really recommend using this 'as is' yourself, though you're welcome to. If you have a rather different personality and preferences than I do, using this as is likely won't get you very useful or enjoyable responses from the model.
However, clearly discussing any non-standard preferences or viewpoints you do have, especially if they are in an area of the model's higher focus (like making sure it accurately communicates that it is an AI and does not have a conscious perception, or whatever else your interactions happen to trigger the model to regularly remind you of) can really help the model to make decisions how to answer you that better align with your interests and preferences.
You'll notice that I don't ever tell the AI what not to do in these custom instructions, and don't spend much time telling it what to do either.
Instead, I tell it about myself and what I prefer. And I give it some explicit invitations. I also acknowledge its limitations, both that it is programmed and that it must obey its programmed limitations. I tell it about my attitude towards experiments that fail (which to an AI include me not getting what I want in our conversation, and/or how I will respond if I don't like something the AI attempts based on unclear and interpretable instructions I give) which is pretty important in encouraging it to 'take risks' in less-standardized, less trained in communication styles as I request that it use.
Below are my instructions and one sample conversation showing how it responds.
