I have the same issue but no responses at all. the support bot said someone would come back to me (2 days ago). I have tried to post here as well but no answers
I will delete my account shortly if the problem is not solved. there is no point in paying for something I cant use. at every reset Chineese persons use all chats and install a number of plugins.

I got a mail from the billing department, that they have cancelled my plus subscription and converted me to a free account. lets not look at the chinese part...?

If its linked to any google / other account you might want to change its password as well. And run some kind of antivirus on all computers / phones you use it on

So far I haven't seen new Chinese texts. I've been deleting them as they show up
