api gpt-4 access

Hi, I just started playing around with the API stuff, but how come I'm only able to access GPT 3.5?

I paid a while ago, and I can see usage in my account, as well as charges for it. But when it runs, it says I don’t have access to 4 and reverts back to 3.5

I have been using ChatGPT Plus for long time, on ChatGPT I have access to GPT 4 but on API level I do not have GPT 4 even though I have added payment methods and also have some paid created in dall-e3. Can I request someone in OpenAI to review my request and allow me to have access? Thanks.

a paid API account is different from GPT Plus. They are two separate independant billing systems

ok, I have added payments on both systems, so what do I need to do tp get GPT 4 API access, I have been on waiting list for sometime too

Today, I should have been billed today as I had usage showing but it seems no invoice was sent and usage is reset to 0. I there a way that I can make a payment or buy some paid credits through platform.openai.com? Is their billing cycle different then the monthly cycle? Please help. Thanks.
