if I log in on the browser on mac, I don't have the pro subscription and the history of my profile (same one) that I use on iOS and if I try to update the profile on browser I can't do it:

**Steps to reproduce: **
when I og in on browser I don't have my pro account and my history.
if I want to try to update the profile on browser, clicking the green button it doesn't work

Expected result:
find the same profile level on both the devices and a page that opens to update the subscription

Actual result:
i dont have my subscription and my history. The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the
problem continues, please visit help.openai.com.

Safari, chrome, firefox on macbookpro

Hello, do you have a VPN installed on the Mac? Same question for you @lethal willow!

I also am wondering if it's possible that either of your Plus subscriptions expired -- could you maybe verify the date of the last confirmed payment you made for the subscription?
