#problem with profile on different devices and pro subscription

if I log in on the browser on mac, I don't have the pro subscription and the history of my profile (same one) that I use on iOS and if I try to update the profile on browser I can't do it:

**Steps to reproduce: **
when I og in on browser I don't have my pro account and my history.
if I want to try to update the profile on browser, clicking the green button it doesn't work

Expected result:
find the same profile level on both the devices and a page that opens to update the subscription

Actual result:
i dont have my subscription and my history. The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the
problem continues, please visit help.openai.com.

Safari, chrome, firefox on macbookpro
