Is it just me or this human verification patch is so much time consuming and tbh so frustrating because now I have to pass 5 tests each time I submit a prompt and I spent more time on the captch rather then the prompt itself as well as when an internet issue presents itself you’ll do do it all from the starts and even when clicking on regenerate, please fix this otherwise it’s not looking good as well as not healthy

i got the same issues
I need to solve a puzzle or captcha every time I want to chat for no reason
Got a solution for this?
please send me screenshots of your puzzle and I'll look into it
hey, the issues have been solved without doing anything, I reached out to OpenAI support, and this is what they said :
Hi,
We apologize that you are encountering the error. Our servers may experience intermittent errors during periods of high traffic, which may affect free users. We recommend trying again in a few minutes or starting a new chat.
You may also try the following:
1. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
2. Disable VPN (If you are using one)
3. Use an incognito browser or a different internet browser/computer to see if the issue still persists, as a security add-in or extension can occasionally cause this type of error.
4. Disable cookie blockers
5. Try connecting to another network
If the issue still persist kindly respond to this email and provide screenshot of the issue. Hope this helps! If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
.
Hey guys actually I might have found the solution and the things is when I turn of my laptop the time gets messed up so as a result these verification pops up automatically but when I fix the time it disappears and then I can work comfortably without any issues
great !!
You can try from your end and confirm my theory
I decided to wait until the next day, and the problem was resolved on its own. However, I had previously reached out to OpenAI support and the answer is above as you can see from the previous message
At least we can both work comfortably without going through five tests every time we submit a prompt fr
Hhh yeah it was a total disaster
I am also having this issue, just started today, every prompt is asking me to verify, it is unusable
6181785230b1f3d32.8907832301 there is the verification code, i don't know if thats helpful for tracking
Imagine the problem was gone for a week without doing anything, and then i installed a Chrome extension for some chatGPT stuff, and the issue reappears again.
By the way, I did contact the open AI team the first time when I got the issue, and you can see their response in the message above.
mine is working now, it seems sporadic. I imagine they are using heuristics to judge who gets bot validation prompt, and I probably got swept up in it (using linux and firefox, with ad blockers, so I probably got flagged as a bot)
I use an ad blocker too, as well as the "AIPRM for ChatGPT" plugin, and the problem has reappeared.
I contacted the Open AI team and waiting for an answer
By the way, do you know what the fix for this problem, or is it just repaired without any action?
so much time consuming , I have to pass 5 tests each time I submit a prompt and I spent more time on the captcha rather then the prompt itself ( not even an easy puzzle ) I had previously reached out to OpenAI support when i got the issues for the first time and the answer was :
1. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
2. Disable VPN (If you are using one)
3. Use an incognito browser or a different internet browser/computer to see if the issue still persists, as a security add-in or extension can occasionally cause this type of error.
4. Disable cookie blockers
5. Try connecting to another network
already tried everything suggested in their responses and there's no change
I didn't do anything, I just started using it on my phone until it fixed itself on the computer
Hello everyone, I used a strategy from @flat parcel that has previously proven effective , You just closed your browser and messed with your computer's time. When you reload GPT, you will find that the puzzle has reappeared. Close GPT and restore the time, then reopen GPT again, and the puzzle will disappears. And the problem is finally resolved.
A huge thanks to @flat parcel
