Keep getting error messages and non helpful responses

Keeps responding with "I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that request." and other responses without doing the request

and asks for more information depsite me giving it a prompt

that has the information I provived so it can answer

and have to ask for it to write me the answer I'm loooking for

It's slightly annoying I have to inform it to contiue the prompt but it's an alterbnative for now until it's fixed.
