Looks like it's a global issue as there are at least dozens of us. Hopefully they can fix soon. I don't know if this helps you but the mobile app is still working for me, just not on my computer. For me disabling my VPN threat detection makes it work which... isn't a great solution
I have the same thing. It seems to be due to my company vpn use. I assume openai added ip filtering ? No sure ! Please openai, work this thing fast. For me it is already 1 week that this occured !
i cant even log in. lol
I'm able to log in but any time I send a prompt, I get hit with "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I have since put in a message to their help site about it.
What ever my problem was has just resolved itself.
