I have been using chatgpt (3.5 and 4) for a while now to help me develop python code for discord bots in my server. There are several instances where in certain circumstances it will provide me with code from what I can only assume to be from other users because it has absolutely nothing to do with what im working on. It is possible it is a hallucination, but it seems weirdly specific. I've included a partial screen shot from the most recent example a few minutes ago (it continues by walking me through brief troubleshooting and providing snippets of code).
