Kandinsky has a very distinct, seemingly abstract art style. I wanted this to be implemented in my generations, but not to such a degree that it is overwhelming.
I started with the simple base prompt "Art of a dinosaur by Kandinsky." Unfortunately, the subject matter was all but lost using this prompt.
I followed up by rephrasing the prompt as "A dinosaur, as illustrated by Wassily Kandinsky." The modifier "illustrated" seems to push the generations to focus more on the subject, rather than the style.
I still wanted something more realistic that still maintained elements of Kandinsky's style. I added additional words describing a scene, hoping to emphasize this in the images:
"A dinosaur in the jungle, as illustrated by Wassily Kandinsky."
I liked where this was going, but the generations still felt somewhat muddled with so many shades of green and blue. My final round of generations specified the kind of colors I wanted to be implemented. Mentioning "contrasting...colors" helped to emphasize the different elements of the image:
"A dinosaur in the jungle at sunset, as illustrated by Wassily Kandinsky. Contrasting warm and cool colors."
