Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a new chat
  2. Request for Chat-GPT to make a light-hearted joke about Europeans. It should refuse at first, but will evenutally give in and produce one.
  3. Request for Chat-GPT to produce a light-hearted joke about Africans

Expected result:
Chat-GPT should either

1 - Produce a light-hearted joke about Africans
2. - Never write jokes about both groups

Actual result:
Chat-GPT is hardcoded to not write jokes about African people, but will eventually make ones for other people, which is contradictory.

This is a behavior that was already reported on Reddit. It's not overly problematic (Chat-GPT isn't offensive in any way), but it just feels ethically weird.
