I got this message recently saying i violated the community. But I believe it is a mistake. I contacted you and they told me not to use VPN and clear browser cache. I don't use a VPN and I already cleared my browser's cache and nothing changed. I would like you to resolve this problem, as I paid for ChatGPT Plus on August 18th and I am unable to use the service I contracted for.
#I want access to my account back.

What did you do?
nothing, the time I accessed it was crashing and 2 minutes later I received this email.
What did you aak chatgpt that could have been bad?
The email I received says: Common reasons for breach include violations of our usage policies or accessing the API from an unsupported location. But I don't use VPN, and I've been using the same computer at home for 8 months.
It is what you have done with chatgpt that you got banned for
I just asked him for these tips on Instagram post topics.
any updates? I am experiencing the same issue
You should tell the credit card company that you got ripped off, because you did. If they get enough chargebacks, OpenAI will be forced to care.
@patent ice So far nothing, I'm just told to clear the browser's cache or access it through another browser.
@gray wraith my card said that to charge the amount paid I need to contact the company and ask them to refund the amount paid.
Has this been resolved? I am having the same issue and am getting the same cut and paste replies from them.
