I have been a plus member for months and only recently in last few days I'm getting attached screenshot when I try to sign in, yesterday (8/31/2023) an outage was reported on the status site for openai/chatgpt - sometime yesterday it also seemed to begin working again, unfortunately and with extreme frustration, i'm again seeing the attached screenshot when I try to sign on with my Plus account. please let me know what needs to be done to fix this, I've already done all the usual browser stuff (clear cache, etc.etc.) and tried in all 3 major browsers.

So if it helps at all, I found this issue is definitely with my profile or something related to just my laptop, my other computers work just fine with chatgpt. So maybe you need to try your account on another location

ill suggest actions that helped me in same situations. log out from gpt, log out from ur Google account (in case u logged in), then fully clear ur browser cache, history, cookies, then go to the gpt page and log in.
