I have a monthly payment plan and have no access either. I read about the pre paid plan, but with the montly payment plan it is not possible. But I have not reached the 1$ border yet, but I have no possibility to pre pay 1 $.. I think this payment model is not well designed.

you have to cancel payment plan, then do it again. purchase credits and you’ll get immediate access
