I get this error with GPT-3.5 and 4 even though I have only sent <10 messages in the last 24 hours.

I'm also a Plus subscriber, so I should be getting many more than 10 messages per 24 hours. Something is bugged.

Mine has been hacked and is maxed out by Chinese code every time I log in. No support other than "change your password". No option to logout of all devices after a password change so it just continues.
