Hello, I got an email today from OpenAI indicating my account has been terminated. It claimed I have been using the API in ways that violate the policy. I have not used the API whatsoever, though. I have only used ChatGPT and Dall E 2. Unfortunately, since the ban, I'm unable to use these two services. I am a paying user. Who would I get in touch with to resolve this ASAP? The customer support bot on the site is terrible, it is made of multiple-choice questions where none of the answers propose apply. Incredible that the developers of the most advanced currently available LLM have a customer support bot that's made of multiple-choice questions.
