GPT 4 token limit is less than 3.5. and now seems to have cognitive issues.

Python code that I was working on prior to the downtime a few hours ago can no longer be pasted into gpt 4 as it claims it is too long, but gpt 3.5 accepts it just fine. After massively abbreviating the code and asking questions it's started to hallucinate about what I am asking for.

To have a higher token limit than gpt 3.5 not less

Actual result:
lower token limit

Interesting, thanks for the link. Was fine for me before the down time, so it makes me wonder if they're struggling with demand on the GPT4 service and cutting token length.
