I received an Email that I got banned for suspicious behavior. But I reported that I doubted my account was been hacked probably before. I reported several times. But this morning, I got banned from openai. I've been following the user instruction as always. Not sure why this happens to me. I've been subscribed since it had plus service.

API is if you want to use their AI for an application or smth. ChatGPT is ChatGPT. You did not get banned from ChatGPT

The mail you provided is about you getting API banned(which according to you you never used).
