I was using GPT-4. After I typed "pronouce [{/\@$#*" (I forgot the specific sequence of the symbols), the chatgpt suddenly crashed. No response, even unable to load history. And it can't show my ChatGPT Plus subscription too.
I typed in web browser, and now this affect both web browser and iOS app. I can't use it anymore.
I guess maybe the reason is that I typed the '\' backslash in the question?
