Error in ChatGPT

It seems like I keep on getting this error today: Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
Why is that?

I do too. I upgraded to chat gpt plus yesterday. I tried regenerating, starting a new chat, and refreshing browser but no luck so far.
