I have exactly the same issue and I work for UK government and it's blocking an IP range in our zscaler manchester node. It's unreal and effectiving many in the engineering team.
I will be attempting to reach out on our enterprise team and use all means necessary to resolve this. It just happened this morning and now gone for good.

Yep one sec I'll find what they have whitelisted and they have authorised all resources.

I've potentially found the issue @solemn quail I've swapped networks from BT in the Uk to three mobile and it's working again. So it's something inherent to BT network and routers that is causing an issue.

Yeah instead of my home office fibre broadband I've used tethering to check if it would work and it does.
So it's something to do with the router DNS potentially and it's likely to affect others.

This error is usally casued by recorces being blocked.
I dont know a lot about DNS but i think that might be blocking recorces.
