omg, thank you!! Been trying to figure this issue out for the last 24 hours!! I turned my VPN off, but didn't realize Web Protection was still on -_- Just turned it off and now its working again! You're my hero lmao

If you want to use web protection you can allow chat.openai.com If you go one web protection, then show activity(something like that(its blue text)) , and then search for chat.openai.com and then allow.
