It's unlikely deleted, the server just isn't accessing it. I expect they're viewing reports here

I got it when I tried to paste my file path into the chat line when I was trying to use the GPT feature of advanced data analysis
then it froze and I got the error
but I think it was just unfortunate timing

So I assume they closed the front door to be able to fix stuff and now we are being let in again.
