Hello OpenAI Community,
I'm reaching out due to issues processing payments for our API access. Despite having the means, we've been unable to clear invoices E944438F-0005 and E944438F-0004, totaling $143.96. We've followed OpenAI Help Center's guidance on credit card declines and billing support without success.
This has resulted in the suspension of our API access, impacting our operations. We're in the midst of our Humanity's Utopian Pact campaign and depend on the GPT-4 model for our SESAP platform.
Timeline:
- May 2 & June 5: Invoices issued.
- June 8-16: Engaged with OpenAI support.
- June 21-July 10: Multiple follow-ups regarding unpaid invoices and API suspension.
We urgently need:
- Help with payment processing.
- Immediate reinstatement of our API access post-payment.
We'd appreciate any advice or shared experiences from the community. We hope this post also alerts OpenAI support for a quick resolution.
