I have paid access, but when I navigate to the usage limit page:
https://platform.openai.com/account/billing/limits
It says I have expired free account access, no mention of my status as a paid user. I authenticate using gmail oauth. When I access GPT4 I notice no issues. Works well.

Why does the billing limit page treat me like a stranger?
