Hi, I have been plus users for several months. From yesterday, I think someone is using account too. I am the only person to generate only one answer. It pops up error msg about "one msg a time". When I tried later, it told me that I need to wait for XXX time until I can use gpt4 model. But I only generate 4-5 answers. I've already change the password but the issue is still going.

IS this still happening to you? Can you give me some details about when this happens to you and what steps you take?
Hi, the first I met this issue. I changed the password immediately. After waiting for the time that I can use gpt4 model again, I tried to test it. Still "only one msg a time" for several times. Later, the quota is running out msg pop up again. It is very strange. I never shared my account with others and the new pw is very complex. I am not sure but is there method that can track my actives? In general, 3 hours 50 msg is enough for me but now it is really confusing.
Please write to our support so they can look into this for you.
This is happening to me as well. I keep finding new chats in my chat history, and that prompts are being used. I changed the password with no impact to the problem. I think I already reported this now. New conversations appear now as I wrote here.
Are you all using any Browser Plugins or Extensions?
I've been having this issue for other 3 weeks. I've written to the support team (Kate & Fin) and they sent me a generic reply asking me to "clear the cache". I have done everything, I have recreated my password. I am at my witt's end. The next logical solution is to cancel my subscription that I have already paid for.
Same. Going to cancel. The support is useless.
So you think I should delete account and start a new one?
I can't seem to cancel my account:
Have you used the API for anything? platfrom.openai.com under profile go to API keys and revoke all keys. One of my early Discord Integrations pushed chats to the chatGPT platform, I'm wondering if you might have the same thing going on.
Like mentioned above, malicious browser extensions. (don't get pissed at me, I'm just playing devils advocate) Keep in mind It doesn't need to be a chatGPT focused browser extensions!
FUn example of this: One of the best low visibility hacks I've seen was a simple color-eye dropper browser extension, that did what it was suppose to, but also wassniffing out your potential domain purchases on Godaddy and Name.com, and CheapDomains then buying them out from under the person before they could checkout, then the buyer just sold them back to them at a small markup (100 bucks) not such a huge markup that it was worth reporting. That guy made bank for years before anyone caught on. install barebones developer Chrome (called Canary), and use that alone to login to chatGPT, change your password once logined in and see if it continues. I hope my long winded reply is helpful! 😄
