When engaging in longer conversations on ChatGPT, I've encountered instances where the UI breaks or goes blank. This occurs when the conversation size increases significantly. It becomes challenging to navigate through the conversation and maintain a coherent interaction when such UI issues arise.
It would greatly improve the usability of ChatGPT if the UI could be made more responsive to lengthier chats. Ideally, it would be fantastic if the UI could handle lengthy conversations in a manner similar to popular messaging apps like WhatsApp, where the chat history is infinitely scrollable and the interface remains smooth and consistent.
Furthermore, I personally prefer to keep conversations about a specific topic in one continuous chat. This helps maintain context and makes it easier to follow the conversation's progression. Therefore, having a UI that can seamlessly handle longer chats and allow for smooth navigation would be an incredible improvement.
I understand that implementing such changes might come with technical challenges, but I believe it would significantly enhance the usability of ChatGPT, especially for users like me who engage in extended and focused conversations.
