I have been a paid user for ChatGPT for months, but now that I try to get automations, when I logged in to my openai account, I don't see that I'm subscribed. It even writes: "Upgrade". They both are using the same mail address and interestingly I don't seem to have an upgraded account on my preferences page. Can someone help?

try to ctrl + F5 to clear cache and also log out and log back in to be sure your client got the updated information
still the same unfortunately. Have done tens of times.

The API and ChatGPT is diffrent
You are not paying for the API but you are paying for chatgpt
On the API you get billed every month for what you used on the API
I think it's the same issue I have... I have a running chatgpt plus subscription but cannot use gpt4 anymore since today... Logged in it looks like I only use the free version and it says 'Upgrade' or in the lower left corner in the brower 'Renew Plus'

so the API is not the same as the ChatGPT plus as I understand
ChatGpt is ChatGPT
the API is if you want to create for example and application with their AI. OpenAI made ChatGPT with their 3.5 turbo.
i had the same before i got a paid account at the API
@finite lintel are you facing this issue with using the API or the GUI / mobile version?
I am only talking about the brower / mobile version never used the API

I'm not having the issue on mobile vs desktop. they all seem chatgpt Plus. so it's good there.
