I am unsure what "the proper bug reporting format" is, but here goes:

I cannot download any files that ChatGPT generates. I use it mostly with Excel sheets that I need work done on, but I can no longer download the files I ask ChatGPT to download.

I get the message "Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/" and then the name of the file after the last /. If I ask ChatGPT to try again it does so - usually generating the exact same file and once in a while the download link will send me to a 404 page. But mostly I get the read warning notice with the upload status problem.

But how does one report it? On status.openai.com it seems all is well. But this entire morning (it's 1 p.m. now in my time zone) I have not been able to use it

Okay. I did the same... A week is a long time. I'd rather pay double and have someone actually fixing bugs when they appear!
