1. Hi I created my company openAI account. However, when I was inputing my birthday. I chose my company birthday which was founded in 2015. Now I got locked out because "I am not 13" and older. is there a way to fix this? 2. Also, first i made an account last year when I was still working with my former company. I used my office email to register but with my personal phone number. aslo, I have registered for the second account for my current company with my personal phone number as well. Thus I have two business account associated with my personal phone number now (former and current company.) Now the trouble is, I do not have access to my old account which was associated with my former work email. Thus, i cannot delete the account. i just want to release my cellphone, so i can create a personal account for myself.
