Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into ChatGPT
  2. Goto Settings->Data Control
  3. Click Remove 2fa.

Expected result:

The remove 2fa button is replaced with an add 2fa button.

Actual result:

The remove 2fa button disappears and no add 2fa option can be found.

Additional information

Browser: Current versions of Chrome and Firefox
OS: Fedora
