can not setup payment billing

I live in Canada and my Canadian phone # is connected to it. However, I am currently in a vacation in one of the countries that don’t support OpenAI. Right now, I am working on a project and I am trying to use OpenAI API, however, I do not have credits. So I tried filling my card info and everything here but somehow it gets declined. I do not receive any payment or decline message from my bank. I assume maybe because my IP address is nowhere close to Canada. But that would be silly to have something implemented like that. I tried using VPN but when I do, I am restricted from putting anything in my cars info. I’d appreciate if there is a workaround for this issue

I'm afraid that there is hardly a way you can try to use Open AI service in a place not supported. The only way is to be physically in places like Canada, US etc.

I actually used a paid VPN and it worked (I used free trial). I guess this works only with specific VPNs
