this is with 3.5, 4, plugins and code interpreter. All the same
It just occurred mid conversation last night with code-interpreter. Perhaps the 2nd or 3rd response into a new chat.

Changing browsers on PC, restarting PC etc. did not fix the issue.
FYI It appears to work on EDGE browser
on PC, but not on any others.

And so it is. Thanks for the swift response. Not going to lie I hadn't been using the extension anyway. I'd forgotten I installed it on both firefox and chrome. Maybe I used it twice in the last 4 months to add some extra data into code interpreter without plugin access.
Oh well. With the rate of new features being added to ChatGPT it's likely most of these extensions will die out pretty quickly, even for free users.
Being able to upload and work with 10 zipfiles of content at once now is an awesome step up from last month when it could only accept like 1 file at a time.

Well to say it won't be fixed is a jump too far, unless you are actively disrupting extensions which do work.
You can't speak for the developers of the extension afterall
