VPN is not mentioned neither in the policy or the terms of use. And why does geolocation matter? Its available in all countries excespt those who have banned it, but its their task to block access to it not open ai's.

this happens because the button only stopps the request on your side to make the chat box typable again, on the server side, it still thinks you are generating, it will stop in a few seconds

If i wait for a few moments and run a new prompt the following error pops up instead:
"Something went wrong, please try reloading the conversation."
Also when I change chats. The only way to resolve this, is by waiting and reloading chatgpt. This is a critical bug imo, since the "stop generating" button is not usable anymore and basically crashes the interaction.

The steps I described are after I pressed "stop generating" and wait a bit before sending a new prompt, instead of immediately doing it.
There is basically no case anymore in which the "stop generating" can be used without problems. (for me)
