one thing ive noticed is i can be in states where i think im experiencing those lower order thoughts

and actually observing them

like if my mental state is uh

altered

its like viewing the behind the scenes and also mixing them up with what should be at the forefront

some thoughts you just cant pinpoint whats going on

one thing that i like is meditation

for analyzing ones own cognition

trying to be aware of every phenomenon occuring in your brain

ive also been experimenting with visualizing the nmber "3" very large with my eyes closed in the same place same size (center taking up most of my field of view)

while i meditate

just because its interesting to analyze how effectively you can control the images in your head like that

like try to picture "3" with your eyes closed right now

most can do it but its barely an image

its more of like a thought that youre kind of guesstimating the image for

through meditation ive made it a lot more vivid for myself though

i can visualize it and holld it for multiple minutes without it morphing or vanishing

If I do something like that, I see like a countless amalgamation of shapes and sizes and colors of one number 3 in a sort of oscillating

Thing. Like all the ways my brain can visualize the 3 compiling on top of each other

for me its usually a morphing image of 3 that becomes more and more distorted, more so when i first started

sometimes it would get distorted beyond redemtion

and i would have to take a break for a min or two then try again

The more I think on anything it becomes more vivid like this, more refined in oscillation

Until the detail is so overwhelming, but then I push further

you see vivid colors with your eyes closed? like beyond the normal oscilating shades of black and gray

and sometimes shaded darker circles / shapes that morph in and out

traveling around your field of vision

I can vividly hear what it would sound like to be a tiny version I've myself standing on my arm, and see what it would look like from that scale. How loud it would be

And the angle of view

I can do that pretty much with anything I look at, like a vivid sense of that particular point

there will be days where ill close my eyes and i will feel like

supper tiny of like i have super long legs

or super disproportional body parts

I can project my senses to scales, to some very vivid degree, and it's often involuntary and something I have to keep in check

Like an approximate like imagining that is very vivid

Of that particular angle or frame of reference

The more objectively I observe surroundings, the more vivid it can feel like

i have a very vivid dream that i can pretty much fully control like once a month or so

I sometimes let it play, step in whenever I feel like. Though if I play by the narrative it always leads somewhere

But I've had some dreams I couldnt escape too

Recurring ones and the such

So. When I intentionally manage to induce a lucid dream I should say I thats when I always have control. But in a dream i just realize is happening without meaning to, it depends on the context

just kind of either land in one or dont

oftentimes im not aware im dreaming

ive had quite a few dreams wher i fall off a building and then instantly jolt awake lol

It doesn't always work so I dont know if it has full merit, but when I sleep considering the fact that I might dream I very often end up having a lucid one

In quantum physics, there exists complete different laws then in classic physics. The gap, or call it the gate, is not obvious nor a straight line.
You have to deal with superposition, Heisenberg's uncertainty and so on. This is very different like Newton's law, thermodynamics etc.
With classic physics, you have some kind of sense, imagination to grok.
This is very different for quantum physics. This is were spacetime is different in form and factor. where the thoughts and imagination gets inside out. Where top is bottom and so on.

It is up to you to open the box of the Schrodinger's cat or not. The cat will be dead or alive. You choose.
