#How to access GPT4-32K?

I'm an API user who uses GPT4 for programming and research. I've published several open-source GPT-4 tools (like https://github.com/victortaelin/chatsh) and have been using the API internally for a variety of tasks in my company (https://higherorderco.com). Yet, most of our use cases absolutely need 32K, since the projects we're dealing with don't fit the 8K window. I've been waiting for 32K access for months, and even emailed OpenAI, but I never got any human reply. Since some competitors do have access to 32K, I can't help but wonder what is the criteria, and what I need to do to have access to this model. Thank you in advance!

Also, the support on the website seems nearly useless. It is impossible to message and get a reply from a human. It just ends the conversation.
