Getting the puzzle captcha repeatedly

Hello OpenAI Team. I just started getting the puzzle captcha recently. I am a paying customer for ChatGPT and this is very disruptive to my workflow. Can someone help me figure it out? I'm not using a VPN, but I am using Linux and privacy-focused browser (and behind CGNAT). It seems like every 2-3 messages I am getting the captcha. Please help!

I am getting the puzzle Prompts too. Right now I get it every single time a send a message to GPT!

I'm currently getting this on every prompt, with Google Chrome in Linux, no VPN, while logged into my paid account

yeah for me as well. I literally have to play the train game after each and every chat

like this ^ I've tried logging out and back in, rebooting, clearing cache.

This morning I was still getting the captcha - the train one like adasauce showed. When I came back home a few hours ago it wasn't doing it anymore. This was after I was using Chat GPT in a different location (on my laptop in a public place), where I also didn't see the captcha.

Come to think of it I wish I tried it on a different computer in the same house when I was getting the captcha before... that probably would've been useful information

It's doing it again, but with different puzzles this time

I was about to test it on two other computers on my network, but now the Chat GPT website doesn't load on any computer

it's resolved again - works on all computers without puzzle prompts

I'm guessing we're all routed to different servers right? Did the server I'm on just restart? That's odd though 'cause the Chat GPT website probably has blue-green deployments I'd imagine

Linux probably shows up more frequently in useragents involved in sophisticated ToS-abusing operations, being the natural environment for servers and all that. That said... one would think OpenAI of all organizations would be careful about overfitting 😉

I also get this issue and am being denied service because I can't compelte the captcha
