I am still in shock guys…..I got a $17700 charge from open ai yesterday for api use. Somehow my $100 hard limit didn’t kick in and since July 8 someone has been using my api keys for gpt4. Not sure how - I log into my account using my google 2 factor authentication. Is anyone safe anymore if hard limits don't kick in? What about extra security? What about getting a reply from support within 24 hrs? The funny thing is that after charging my 17.7K, they increased my spending limit to 10K!!
