What's the point of this bug reporting channel if the team is ignoring us? Something is wrong error!

Clearly, we're either being ignored, or played by the openai team. It's been over 4 days since the outage in chatgpt and I haven't been able to post a single line of code into chatgpt4 or 3 without getting the inevitable something is wrong error. There are almost a hundred posts in here with the same issue. The lack of support is pretty sad and i'm seriously thinking about canceling my Plus membership, as i use it as a coding assistant on my learning journey. I can code fine on my own and I think it's just absurd to completely ignore this channel. If anyone has any word on what the team is doing to fix this, please enlighten me, cause I have tried every single suggestion in the past 25 posts. No matter what, i run into that error specifically when posting code. Consider chatgpt to be useless for code as of right now. Only the lucky folks are able to find a workaround.

Come on team, you need to look into this before more and more people get frustrated. If you did make a change, be transparent!

What do you think of fast chatGPT alternatives for coding?

Bard is weak with long code. Claude's chat is still bad at holding code context and spits code that needs to be manually reworked.

Maybe something else that would at least temporarily solve the problem of using LLM for coding?

Open API or playground is working but looking forward to the code, again hard to work, plus extra cost.

Honestly man, I’m in the same boat. I haven’t found a great alternative especially for free, but I use bard if I’m ever pissed at ChatGPT haha it gets hallucinatory for sure and will start changing up my code thinking it’s correct but it will not run properly.

I’m just going to be patient cause eventually the OpenAI team will see this. We may need to move to Twitter and bark up a storm to get attention on the issue. It’s really sad it has to come to this point. I’ll keep you in the loop if I find anything ❤️

lucky! that's great to hear im glad it's working for you. I've just been practicing and learning from other resources no biggie! we have to be just as good as the AI, if not better!
