I installed the Android app when it became available in Europe and used it for a few days. A couple of days ago, I was unable to log in, receiving the message: "Something went wrong..." The message suggested that I check date/time settings and Internet connection. Those were okay, though.
So, I uninstalled the app with the intention of reinstalling it. Unfortunately, I now find that this is not possible. The Google Play Store claims, "This phone isn't compatible with this app." My phone is not rooted or modified in any similar manner. Interestingly, the app installs fine and lets me log in on an older phone, the Honor 10 View, which indicates that neither the region nor the network is related to the issue.
Please advise. 😊
