OK, I'll say it ... You didn't provide your entire System prompt but from what is seen here, it's awful. There's nothing specific for GPT to process.
Then when you get to the User prompt "make everything upside down". What is "everything"? Where is your context? Is "everything" some text that came before? Since text can't be generated upside down, GPT just reversed the text in its best effort - and yes, then it seemed to reverse the order from bottom to top - gotta love AI that actually does something close to the insanity that a human will ask.
Your "one word" might be only part of a word that was reversed but was truncated. Look to see what that entire word is in your original text.
Summary, nothing happened here. Grow up. Stop feeding this tool of the century rubbish and then claiming a "gotcha" moment and wasting people's time.
