I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report a recurrent problem I have been encountering while trying to access the ChatGPT service.
The issue manifests itself with a recurring error message stating, "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." This issue arises every time I attempt to interact with ChatGPT.
To troubleshoot this issue on my end, I have executed several steps. These include disabling my VPN, restarting my computer, and switching to different internet browsers, all of which have unfortunately not led to a resolution of the problem.
I would be grateful if you could provide a solution or suggest additional steps to rectify this problem. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
