Can't use ChatGPT 3.5 or 4 for coding responses at all. It's been since the outage yesterday!

Only regular language is working for me right now. I do not have any vpn or web protector's installed and have tried clearing cache/cookies/browsing history. I even tried every main browser out there! Many of us are unable to use the service and would like to be refunded for our inconveniences for the past 18 hours. If i paste in any code, it gives me this error no matter the length. I also attached the console error.

Try using FireFox. I had this issue, as did others, and someone mentioned switching to FireFox seemed to resolve it (at least for now). Give FireFox a try, and give an update as to whether the FF workaround still works.
