Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to https://chat.openai.com/

Expected result:

Expect to load ChatGPT.

Actual result:

Unable to load site.

Additional information

Browser: all browsers
OS: all OSes
My company uses a networks security VPN provided by Perimeter 81. P81 have looked into the issue and concluded that OpenAI is blocking their Melbourne and Sydney gateways.

Thank you for your reply. However, I have reviewed the usage policies (https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies) and there is no mention of VPN usage.

The error message suggest turning off the VPN. It doesn't specify that the VPN is the reason why ChatGPT isn't loading. It also doesn't mention any policies.

ive disabled the vpn but want restore the service as before

VPN ban makes absolutely no sense.

Majority of not all enterprises use VPN-s and their employees can/will use ChatGPT, having it banned means they are losing customers.
