We found a problem with our bills! They show charges for things we didn't use, like GPT 4 and Whisper API. We only use GPT 3.5 API. Our secret code (API key) is safe, and we keep track of everything we do.

If you are sure your API is safe then someone in your team has either been using the API for something else or they have been using playground with the other models.

No I am the only one who knows that api key.
Actually the same thing happened earlier also... Usage goes to 140$ within few hours. Then I contact open ai support and after 3 months they refunded the amount.
Now again the same problem occurs 😐
